SERC student Matthew Beech achieved a joint runner-up position in the UK and Ireland Final of the Riso Gallo Young Risotto Chef of the Year Competition.

SERC Apprentices

SERC apprentices took three 1st, two 2nd and three 3rd places across five of the eleven competition areas as part of the The Construction Industry Training Board NI annual SkillBuild NI Regional Qualifier Competition 2025.

Eileen Sung

SERC student Eileen Sung has won the 2024 Norah Stucken Award for her impactful work in conservation and sustainability, awarded by the Chartered Institute of Horticulture.

Lexie Galbraith

SERC student Lexie Galbraith was part of Team NI at the Dance Excellence Festival 2025, who won several awards for their performances. including a Global Arts Award, the DEX Showcase Award of Excellence and the Universal Star Award.
